LAHS Class of 2017 Presents The Green Dragon Foundation With A Gift

Last Updated 12/16/2021

On August 14th, Ms. Paula Reber and The Class of 2017 President, Jordan Hartzell and Advisor, Mr. Jonathan Clark presented Ann Glock with a check for $4,500. This gift represented the remaining funds in the class’ account at LAHS. Throughout the class’ four years in high school, they fundraised to sponsor the Junior/Senior Prom and other senior year activities. Once all of the class’ expenditures were met, they chose to donate the balance and make a gift to the foundation to sponsor outdoor benches at the new high school. According to Glock, “This is wonderful! They are the fourth graduating class to make a gift to the foundation. This is an ideal way for graduating classes to leave their “legacy” for current and future LAHS students.”
